KCFW Garden Party

Kansas City Fashion Week is celebrating it's 12th season and kicked off the Spring/Summer 2018 showcase with an elegant florish at the KCFW Garden Party.

Sunday's brunch time fete was held at the stately Van Noy Mansion. What a great venue! The outdoor space was perfectly picturesque. The mansion, with it's palatial columns and courtly grounds complete with a serene pond view, made for an exquisite setting.

Small bites by Olive Garden were served as well as decadent desserts from Nothing Bundt Cakes. I'm definitely a fan of the chocolate cake. Think chocolate sponge, with chocolate chips, crowned by a curl of buttercream. Mmm!

Events By Reagan produced lavish tablescapes and backdrops.

This season's silent auction items were unveiled...beautiful gown paintings from r24 Studios.

And there was a sneak peek at the collection 'Oliviet By Tobie Marie' presented by designer Tobie Roberts.

What a lovely way to spend an afternoon! Tiffany (New Dawn Boutique) you're such a fun date. Big thank you to KCFW for the invitation! Super excited for the runway shows!
